CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT: You will be charged 100% of service.  Your next appointment will be denied until you pay your cancellation fee.  Failure to pay your cancellation fee within 24 hours of billing will result in all future appointments cancelled.
NO SHOW: You will be charged 100% of service. No-show's cannot schedule again unless they pre-pay.

Gratuity is highly appreciated, though not mandatory. We are able to accept gratuity via cash and venmo only.

Appointments outside of our hours of operation are subject to a 20% upcharge.
