Do you accept walk-ins?
We are open by appointment only, so every visit has our full attention. Please book online before you arrive.
Can I shop the boutique in person?
Yes. Schedule a boutique visit through our online booking, or shop anytime at livebyskin.com.
Where should I start if I am new?
With a New Client Facial, which builds in time for a consultation. For acne care, begin with an acne consultation, in person or by phone.
How should I prepare?
Arrive without makeup if you can, avoid sun exposure, and pause retinoids, prescription topicals and exfoliants at least five days before.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the link in your confirmation text or email to reschedule or cancel within the window of our cancellation policy. Outside that window, you will be prompted to email us at hello@livebyskin.com.
I have a question about an online order.
