The Fine Print
A 6-month commitment to begin. After that, your membership continues month to month, and you can pause for up to 3 months or cancel with 30 days' notice. To cancel for January 1, for example, we need notice on or before November 30.
Your monthly credit is yours to enjoy that month and doesn't carry over, much like a Pilates membership.

What is included?
A $99 monthly credit toward your facial, 10% off all treatments, 10% off all skincare in our studio and on livebyskin.com, and higher member discounts during our biggest sales, including Black Friday, Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
How does the monthly credit work?
Your $99 membership fee becomes a credit applied toward your facial that month, at your member price.
Who is the membership for?
Anyone who visits each month, whether you are clearing acne, maintaining your glow or simply making time for yourself.
Is there a commitment?
Yes, 6 months to begin. After that, your membership continues month to month.
Can I pause or cancel?
After your first 6 months, you can pause for up to 3 months or cancel with 30 days' notice by email to hello@livebyskin.com. To cancel for January 1, for example, we need notice on or before November 30.
Does an unused credit carry over?
No. Like a fitness membership, each month's credit is yours to enjoy that month and does not roll over.
When am I charged?
Around the first of each month, to any debit or credit card you choose.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. We simply need 30 days' notice. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Can I share my membership?
Membership benefits are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
How do I join?
Sign up online, and we will email your member agreement to sign. We also invite you to join our VIP email list for member offers.
How do I book my facial?
Schedule online anytime, and your member credit and pricing are applied at your visit.
