Live by Skin's VIP monthly membership is a premiere program for one or more monthly facial treatments, prodiuct sales, and exclusive member-only discounts.

General Questions

What are the benefits?

- Monthly spa treatments at a discounted rate
- Discounted treatment upgrades
- Exclusive discounts on retail products
- Higher discounts on larger sales (i.e.: Black Friday, etc.)
- Complimentary seasonal promotions

How much does the membership cost?

Live by Skin's VIP membership is currently $99 per month.

Your $99 member fee is applied towards your already discounted monthly service.

What is the 6-month commitment?

Our membership has a 6-month commitment.  After your initial 6 consecituve months, your membership autoimatically goes to a month-to-month contract. 

During your initial 6-month commitment, you are unable to cancel or pause your membership.  Once the 6 months is up, you can cancel or pause your membership (for up to 3 months) with 30 day's notice.

For example, to pause or cancel for January 1, we need written notice on or before November 30th.

How do I sign up to become a VIP member?

After signing up, you will  receive an email with a member contract to sign!  We also ask that you opt yourself in to the VIP email list HERE!

Are there any requirments to join?

The VIP membership is open to all clients who wish to enjoy premium spa benefits!

Can I sign up online or do I need to visit the spa?

Billing & Payments

When are monthly dues charged?

Our system automatically charges around the first of the month!

Sometimes it falls just before or after depsnign on the day of the week that the first falls on.

What payment methods do you accept for the membership?

You can input any debit or credit card as your payment method.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

After your initial 6-month commitment, you can pause or freeze your membership for up to three months with 30+ days notice.

For example, if you would like to pause for January, February and March, you must provide written notice on or before November 30th.

You are not eligible to pause, freeze, or cancel your membership before your initial 6 month commitment.

Usage & Booking

How can I schedule my facial treatments?

Can I roll over unused services into a future month?

Unfortunately, unused services do not roll over. We encourage you to use your benefits each month.

Can I share my membership with friends or family?

Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

How can I pause or cancel my membership?

After your initial 6-month commitment, you can pause (for up to 3 months) or cancel your membership by providing 30-days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

For example, if you wish to cancel for January 1, we need emailed notice on or before November 30th.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, we do not charge a cancellation fee, but we require advance notice to process your cancellation.

Do you offer refunds if I don't use my benefits?

Membership fees are non-refundable, so we encourage you to take full advantage of your benefits.
