Life happens, and plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.
The Policy
Our 48-Hour Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No-shows are also subject to the full service charge.
For ExampleIf your appointment is Thursday at 2pm, any changes must be made before Tuesday at 2pm to avoid a fee.

Why It Matters
Your Time Is Reserved for You
As a small, appointment-only studio, each appointment is held just for you. Notice gives us the chance to offer that time to another client, and protects the time of the esthetician who reserved her schedule for you.
