Three thoughtfully designed treatments, each offering something your skin could use this season. The Alpine Facial is our most indulgent escape. The Winter HydraFacial delivers that beautifully smooth, luminous glow with a little extra warmth. And the Winter Acne Thaw brings clarity to congested skin while giving you a moment to unwind. Winter has a way of leaving your skin feeling a little more congested, puffy, and in need of a reset. This treatment brings together corrective skincare and the relaxation you've been craving. We begin with lymphatic facial massage to encourage circulation and reduce puffiness, followed by a customized mask and relaxing shoulder, arm, and hand massage. Our signature acne peel, careful extractions, and LED therapy work to refine and clarify your complexion with minimal downtime. Each reservation is one hour and fifteen minutes, with time to shop built in. Spaces are intentionally few.

Before You Reserve

Will these facials be offered at this price again?

No. Launch pricing is only for the fifteen First Frost reservations, November 27–29. The Winter Facial Menu continues at full price for the rest of the season.

Can I shop the in-studio sale without a reservation?

The in-studio Black Friday sale is reserved for guests with a First Frost facial booked that weekend. If you can't join us, our online sale runs November 27–30.

How do I get launch pricing?

Book online, choose your facial under Winter Facial Menu, and enter code FIRSTFROST when you prepay. The code takes $50 off any Winter Facial Menu treatment booked for November 27–29.

Why is prepayment required?

Prepaying holds one of only fifteen spots at launch pricing. Your facial is already settled when you arrive, so checkout is quick and you have more time to enjoy the sale.

Which facial is right for me?

The Alpine Facial is our most pampering, the Winter HydraFacial is for clarity and glow before the holidays, and the Winter Acne Thaw is designed for breakout-prone skin. If you're unsure, call us at 339-223-2092 and we'll help you choose.

How should I prepare for my facial?

We suggest arriving without makeup, so your time goes to your skin instead of removal. Please pause any topical prescriptions for 5 days beforehand, and let us know if you have a sunburn, windburn or any irritation on your face. If you've had Botox or filler recently, most injectors suggest waiting 14 days before a facial.

What if I'm running late?

Reservations run back to back this weekend, so late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment so the next guest can begin on time. Please allow extra time for parking on Pleasant Street.

Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?

Because launch pricing is only offered this weekend, reservations can be moved to another open time between November 27 and 29. Cancel by Friday, November 20 and we'll return your payment as a credit toward a future Live by Skin service. After November 20, reservations are non-refundable, but you're welcome to pass your spot to a friend. Missed appointments are forfeited.
