- Flaking, irritated skin and dehydration are normal after a chemical peel, and the degree of which varies each session and between each client.
- Clients experience glowing, healthy skin with increased absorption of skincare products after their skin has flaked/peeled.
- Clients will not be approved for chemical peel services unless their home-care regimen is approved (and includes an effective SPF) by Michelle Simeone.
- It is recommended that clients pre-book at least 4 chemical peels in order to see results.

Dermaplaning typically is not followed by "downtime". It is possible for your skin to feel sensitive/red after this exfoliating treatment, or for underlying blemishes to surface after manipulating the skin (as any facial). If you are experiencing anything other than the above, please contact us.
