Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Live by Skin! Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving. Once the order is processed, the shipping carrier you chose will ship/deliver your order according to the postage you chose and distance from where our orders are shipped out of (Woburn, Massachusetts). Therefore, the closer you live to us, the sooner your mail carrier can get you your parcel. Live by Skin does not and can not control the speed of which the post office delivers mail.
Live by Skin orders are processed 1-4 business days from order date, and then shipped with United States Postal Service, their delivery time may vary depending on your address. Shipping prices are calculated directly by USPS, based on how much they charge per ounce. Live by Skin does NOT set the shipping price. If you would like expedited or priority shipping, you must pay for that.
If 1 or more of your items are shipping separately, we will notify you. You will not be charged extra shipping costs if we have to ship items in your order separately.
If you place more than one order on the same day, please send us an email with "shipping merge" as the subject with each of your order numbers so we can refund the extra shipping cost that you paid. This is the only way to have the orders combined.
Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, you must pay for Priority shipping which will ship out up to 24 hours after your order is placed.
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
You must double check your shipping address. If you have entered the wrong shipping information, or if your computer auto-populates the incorrect address and/or zip code, we cannot refund your order, or you must repay for a new order. If your item is shipped back to us from the incorrect address you entered, we will email you upon receipt and with providing the correct address, you will need to re-purchase shipping.
Live by Skin is NOT responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If any of these occur to your shipment, you need to file a claim with the post office. You will need your tracking number to file this claim so please keep your confirmation emails.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package + file your own claim. USPS is our favored carrier.

CONTACTLESS PICKUP:
Live by Skin does not offer contactless pickup. You may shop Live by Skin in two ways:
1) Ordering online via shipping
2) Purchasing items in person, in-store at your appointment or an in-store event.
