Due to the horrific pandemic that is COVID-19, some policies have been instated to ensure safe and ethical business practices during this fluid situation.

- All sales are final. Now more than ever, Live by Skin is unable to accept returns or exchanges of products.

- We are not booking appointments at this time. Live by Skin cannot book future appointments at this time.  We are unsure when our re-opening date will be, and current clients that have booked appointments before the pandemic will be taken care of first, upon reopening.

- All items and tools to pack are clean + sanitized. Our stock is kept in an extremely clean area, where only Michelle Simeone enters.  Items and surfaces are cleaned before being packed up, and are stored in a clean, well ventilated room.

- Shipping times might be delayed. As I pride myself on almost immediate shipping, shipping times might be delayed (to ship 1-3 business days from order date) to lessen + condense trips to the post office in efforts to flatten the curve.
