As an acne expert, Michelle Simeone instructs each of her acne bootcamp participants to ice their skin for at least 3 minutes a day. Icing the skin helps to soothe inflammation to 1) calm breakouts that are on the surface of the skin and 2) to halt anything that is brewing beneath the skin.
Slow Globes are also suitable for any other skin type!
We recommend massaging the skin with these globes for 2-5 minutes every morning and night for best results. We recommend keeping these in the refrigerator, or submerging them in cool water before use.
How to Use
After cleansing your skin, massage your face for 3 minutes with your slow globes. After use, use your favorite toner, serum, moisturizer and SPF. Please be consistent with this every day for visible results.
How to Store
We recommend two ways to store your globes:
1. In a refrigerator.
2. Keep them in the box, and submerge them in ice cold water for 5-10 minutes before use.
Do not store these in the freezer.
Keep out of reach of children.
